The personnel records of a cleric might contain psychological reports focusing on a person’s sexuality and capacity for celibacy, or other assessment reports in the course of his formation.2 All of this material is confidential. Personal health records are kept in the personnel file of each individual. They must be secured and not accessible except to those authorized.
