The word conversion occurs twenty-four times in the Final Report of the 16th Synod on Synodality. To forward communion, participation and mission we read of the need for a conversion of relationships, of processes and of bonds. Conversion should be ‘continuous’ and ‘prayerful’, and must be accompanied by ‘repentance’….
