This book has explored many significant aspects of school ethos to
provide a sense of the profound vision and distinguishing aspects
of Catholic education1
. In doing so it has provided an overview
of the anthropology, theology, philosophy, pedagogy, psychology
and sociology that describes what is most distinctive about the
teaching and learning experience in first and second level Catholic
education.
