Dermot A. Lane

Dermot A. Lane, a priest of the Dublin diocese, retired as Parish Priest in September 2017. The occasion of his retirement saw the publication of
A History of Balally Parish and the Community, compiled and edited by Peter Sobolewski, Dublin: Linden Publishing Services, 2017. This article is an emended version of his ‘Introduction’ to the parish history.
